Governor Rochas Okorocha has again bemoaned the apparent neglect of Imo State by the Federal Government despite the huge sacrifices and contributions made by the state towards the emergence of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015.
The governor particularly noted that Imo State had been treated with utter disregard by the Ministry of Niger Delta since it was created.
He pointed out that the only project of the ministry in the state was the long abandoned Skill Acquisition Centre located in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area.
Okorocha voiced his displeasure while receiving the Minister of State for the Ministry of Niger Delta, Prof Claudius Omoleye Daramola, who visited him at the Government House at the weekend.
